Joey Ortiz
Joey Ortiz is a CEO, President, and Regional Manager at Las Vegas Premier Marketing (LVPM). As CEO, it is Ortiz’s responsibility to oversee and manage the daily operations at LVPM. To ensure the satisfaction of his clients he, personally, works to develop leaders in the marketing industry so that they may run successful markets. Ortiz also serves as a market consultant to LVPM’s market managers who are given the opportunity to run their own marketing firms. Oritz’s success as a CEO over the last 6 1⁄2 years can be observed in each person promoted to Market Manager. This includes LVPM’s newest Market Manager Lacia Stuart who is scheduled to open and operate her own marketing firm in 2022. Oritz worked with Stuart, as he has many other Market Managers, to ensure she is equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to run a successful marketing firm. In addition to being a marketing force to be reckoned with, Ortiz is also a father and family man. Oritz’s devotion to his career and children has shown him that “sometimes we must temporarily sacrifice comfort to secure a comfortable future.” A lesson he has been fortunate to learn and is often reminded of when spending quality time with his family.

Ardeana Bowins
HR DirectorArdeana Bowins is a Business Development Manager at Las Vegas Premier Marketing (LVPM). It is Bowins responsibility to assist company development in every department at LVPM. Bowins began her marketing career at LVPM in the Sales Department in 2018. Since then she has worked her way up to Business Development Manager and has trained hundreds of LVPM’s marketing associates. This includes collaborating with CEO Joey Ortiz in training LVPM’s Market Managers. Bowins enjoys spending her free time in the sunny outdoors and traveling. One of the benefits of her role as Business Development Manager is that she is able to bring her passion for adventure and travel to work as she trains LVPM’s associates nationwide.

Lacia Stuart
Lacia Stuart is a Market Manager at Las Vegas Premier Marketing (LVPM). Stuart is responsible for managing the services department in National Retail and training associates for management positions nationwide. In just five short years, Stuart’s contributions to Las Vegas Premier Marketing has landed her the opportunity to run her own marketing firm. An opportunity which she intends to use to empower her community by giving them the resources and skills they need to have successful marketing careers. Although being a successful market manager at LVPM can be an all consuming task with aggressive goals and constant networking, Stuart stays grounded by making the time to be with her family and do the things they love like trying new local restaurants and walking the strip.
